  • Getting the right equipment is essential to succeed. Click Here to determine what you need.

  • Once you have received and reviewed your quote, you will sign it to approve it. At that point it will turn into an invoice that you can pay. To save your date you must make a 50% deposit. The final payment is then due 1 month before the event date. If your event is closer than a month away, then you will be required to pay in full after signing.

  • If you need to cancel your event and it is more than a month until your event date, then you will receive a refund up to your deposit amount. The 50% deposit is non-refundable. If your event is less than a month away, none of your deposit is refundable. If you cancel, you will retain a credit with us to use on a future event that can be used up to two years from canceling.

  • If your venue changes last minute due to weather or other circumstances, then we can put your deposit toward any other equipment. (As long as it is available.)

  • We offer a Buy Now, Pay Later option with Affirm. This allows you to make smaller interest free payments over time.

  • Your quote will expire 3 days after it is sent to you. We rent out our equipment on a first come first serve basis. If you don’t sign your quote immediately, you have the chance that your equipment will become unavailable.
